Why buy direct
CartridgeGenius began as a practical answer to a closed consumable system. Cheap copies exist now, but buying direct gets the documented design, the correct cables, compatibility advice, and support from the person who designed the original hardware.

Setup and support
Installing CartridgeGenius means opening the CatGenie processing unit and connecting to low-voltage internal electronics. It is intended for owners who are comfortable with careful, basic hardware installation.
Warranty and responsibility
The original hand-assembled CartridgeGenius device comes with a one year warranty against defects, excluding mishandling. Shipping costs for warranty returns are not included.
Installation and use are at your own risk. Some alternative detergents can harm internal silicone tubing, so test refilled or alternative solutions carefully before using them in the CatGenie.
